This washing station has 12 fermentation tanks, three soaking tanks, over 300 drying tables, and four selection tables. It has quite the impressive infrastructure for selecting and processing exceptional ripe cherries.
Harvest here is typically April through June, but coffee's have a long journey to export from this landlocked country.
