We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
Job Summary: The Office Administrator and Marketer at North Roast Coffee will play a critical role in managing our daily operations. This multifaceted position involves handling QuickBooks entries, managing email and social media marketing, providing excellent customer service, managing Shopify admin duties, and assisting with packaging. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for coffee and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

QuickBooks Management:
-
Enter and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks.

Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.

Assist with invoicing, billing, and payroll processes.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Email and Social Media Marketing:

Manage and monitor the company’s email marketing campaigns.

Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms.

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.

Customer Service:
-
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Maintain and update customer records.

Assist with order processing and follow-up.

Shopify Administration:
-
Manage and update the Shopify store, including adding new products and updating product information.
-
Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability on Shopify.

Process online orders and ensure timely fulfillment.

Analyze Shopify analytics to improve the online shopping experience and drive sales.

Packaging:
-
Assist with the packaging of coffee products for retail and online orders.
-
Ensure that packaging is done accurately and meets quality standards.

Help manage inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
6. Supervision: Supervise and direct Junior Staff Members and to work collaboratively with Roasting and Operations to direct Junior Staff Members.
